We are looking for a highly motivated, organised, detail-oriented and proactive Research Assistant with an interest in drug target biology to support the biological validation of novel drug targets that emerge from Nucleome’s proprietary platform technology. In this role you will learn to build biological validation data packages to support the progression of drug targets into the company drug discovery pipeline. You will develop cellular disease models to test therapeutic hypotheses, investigate the biology of novel drug targets, and characterise potential drug molecules in cellular assays. You’ll work with a variety of different immune cell types and have the opportunity to broaden your expertise and understanding of immunology, drug discovery and autoimmune disease. You will work in close collaboration with scientists across cross-functional teams and with other Research Assistants to support the smooth running of the laboratory
